It’s what’s for dinner
Barcelona was visited for spring break (Spring Break? Seriously? I believe that’s the first time I’ve ever referred to Semana Santa as “Spring break”), and good times were had by all. It was, however, a serious disappointment to walk into a bar and discovering they had black lights on, and I wasn’t wearing anything white. From now on, I demand that all my friends scout out bars in advance and warn me when there will be a blacklight so I can be the life of the night.
Traveler tip #42: If you find youself in a bar with black light and lack any article of clothing to accentuate the glow effect:
1. Get a napkin from the bar
2. Go to the restroom
3. Wrap your privates in the napkin (I need several paper towels to accomplish this task but napkins may be good enough for most)
4. Walk out of the bathroom with your brand new glowing privates.
You can now drop lines with the ladies like “hey baby, do you want to play with my glow stick?”
